E como eu não contei que eu estava sofrendo bullying, eu me prejudiquei ; porque o bullying começou a ser mais frequente e duro de superar. E isso começou a me machucar muito (emocionalmente) , porque sempre depois das aulas ou até durante eu ia chorando para o banheiro , porque eu não conseguia suportar os insultos.
As minhas amigas me ajudaram muuuuito mesmo.
Chegou um dia que eu não aguentava mais e resolvi contar para minha mãe. E isso melhorou muito porque a minha mãe falou com os professores da minha escola e eles tiveram uma "conversinha" com os meninos, eles pararam com todos os insultos.
Então pra vocês que são bulllied eu sugiro que quando vocês forem insultados contem imediatamente para os seus pais ou professores. Ninguém tem o direito de te insultar lembre-se disso ;)

I already suffered bullying at my school, and it took a long time for me to tell my teachers and my mom that i was suffering bullying.
Because i did not tell anyone that i was suffering bullying, it only made things worse, the insults were tenser and bullying was frequent. And this started to hurt me a lot ( emotionaly), i cried after every lesson or in the middle of the lessons , and went running to the bathroom, but my friends were always there for me and they helped me a lot.
Bullying was going too far , and i was not admiting myself to be insulted, so i went straight to my mom and told her everything.
After this talk, things at school got really smooth, the teachers had a serious talk with the boys, and after that day i was not insulted anymore.
And what i suggest is that when bullying starts , go tell immediatly to your mom or teacher.
Remember: no one has the right to insult you. :)
