O que fazer quando surge uma espinha? (what to do when a zit appears)

A regra geral é não mexer jamais nas espinhas! Mas, se você tem uma super festa e precisa logo dar um sumiço nela, a gente ensina o jeito certo de disfarçá-la!

Se a espinha está inflamada e vermelha

If the zit is inflamed and red

Tentar espremer só vai piorar – e muito! – o problema. Por isso, o melhor aqui é disfarçar:

Trying to squeeze it , it is just going to make it look worse. That is why, it is better to disguise your zit.

1. Depois de passar a base, use a pontinha do dedo para aplicar um pouquinho de corretivo somente sobre a espinha, dando batidinhas beeeem leves.

   1. After passing the faundation, use the point of your finger to apply a little bit of corrective only in    the zit, and taping it a little bit but tap it in a reaaaallllyyy light way.

    2.Passe pó por cima para fixar o corretivo. Continue seu make normalmente.

    2. Pass powder over it so that it fixes the corrective. Then continue with your make up.

Dica: se você sempre tem uma espinha ou outra, invista num corretivo-secativo. Geralmente esse produto têm peróxido de benzoíla ou ácido salicílico na fórmula, o que já vai tratando o problema, além de disfarçar a vermelhidão.

Tip: If you always have a zit or two, invest in a corrective that will dry your zit. This product has benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid in it´s formula, and it will treat your problem, and disguise your zit also.

Se a espinha estiver bem na superfície da pele e amarelinha

(If the zit is  in the surface of your skin and yellow)

Okay, você tem uma festa incrível pra ir e a espinha está bem na superfície da pele, quase estourando? Nesse caso vale espremer, mas tomando os seguintes cuidados:

Ok, you have this incredible party that you are going and the zit is in the surface of your skin almost poping?  In  this case you can squeeze it, but caution with the following:

Molhe um pedaço de algodão em água quente e coloque por um minuto em cima da espinha. Assim ela amolece e será mais fácil tirar a parte com pus sem agredir demais a pele.

1. Enrole os dedos numa gaze e esprema em devagar, sem fazer muita pressão. Cuidado! Não use os dedos ou as unhas diretamente na espinha na hora de espremer. As bactérias na sua mão podem infeccionar a pele e piorar o que já estava ruim.
2. Depois de espremer a espinha, lave bem o rosto com água e um sabonete adequado ao seu tipo de pele (isso é importante para que não fique nenhum resíduo com bactérias!).
3. Aplique uma loção secativa, espere a pele dar uma “acalmada” (desinchar um pouco, ou sair a vermelhidão) e faça seu make normalmente a partir daí.

Wet a piece of cotton in hot water and let it rest ontop of your zit for 1 minute. Like this the zit stays soft and this makes it easier to take of the pus without hurting your skin. 

    1. Wrap your fingers in gauze and squeeze it realy slowly, without making to much pressure. Caution! Do NOT use ure fingers or nails directly in the zit when you are going to squeeze it. Bacterias in your hand can cause infection in your skin and make it worse.
 2. After squeezing it, clean your face really well with water and a adequate soap to your skin type ( this is important so that their is no  waste with bacterias left)
3) Apply a lotion that will dry the zit, and wiat til your skin is "calmed down" let it deflate a bit  or or leave the redness, than  you can start your make up.
